Suites and all rooms on a holiday weekend have a 2-day minimum.

Loft has a 3-day minimum, weekly (July and August).

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Confirmation sent upon receipt of one nights deposit. Balance due upon arrival. If cancellation is received 7 days prior to scheduled visit your deposit will be refunded, minus a processing fee. Any refund for last minute cancellation or early departure is entirely at the discretion of the host. “No Shows” forfeit deposit.
