Cancellation and Refund Policy
Confirmation sent upon receipt of one nights deposit. Balance due upon arrival. If cancellation is received 7 days prior to scheduled visit your deposit will be refunded, minus a processing fee of $20. Any refund for last minute cancellation or early departure is entirely at the discretion of the host. "No Shows" forfeit deposit.
Group Reservation Policy
Due to our small number of rooms, we are very adversely affected by cancellations. Reservations of three or more rooms, booked as a block or by individuals for the same visit or event, will be considered a group reservation. Group reservations will be subject to a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit charged at the time the reservation is made.
